My girl friend and I went to a birthday party in Sunnyvale, Texas today. We met new Filipina friends. Also, I met a previous online acquaintance. We became friends in a social network website but never get the chance to meet in person. She lives in Forney, which is closer to Sunnyvale. I am glad I got to meet her after two years. Thanks to birthday parties! Haha!
The food was great! Most dishes were prepared by the birthday celebrant. But a friend helped and she cooked Menudo. The desserts were deliciously sweet. Because of my glucose monitoring, I just had to eat a little bit. Ugh!
