Immigration Notice

'Got a notice from the USCIS (U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services) in the mail reminding me to file Form I-751, Application to Remove Conditions on Residency. This is because my entry here in the USA is as Fiance(e) or K-1. It is my responsibility to file the petition to remove conditions in accordance to the US Immigration and Nationality Act. But it is a joint petition by me and my husband. I have to gather copies of documents (examples are not limited to), from the day we got married up to the present, to prove the relationship and that I entered the marriage in good faith.

Sure a lot of work on the paperwork. I know everything will be fine.
