Stock Up Low Calorie Foods In Your Kitchen

Eating healthy and getting active are the best way to maintain our body's fitness so we can do all the house work.  Being a stay-at-home mom doesn't mean we do not have the time to do the exercise we need everyday to burn fats and calories.  Just a simple walking or running is fine.  Take a look at this information about how simple activities can help in burning calories.  And don't forget to check the recommended low calorie foods that we should eat.  Always stock lots of them in your kitchen. :)

Ugh! hehhehhe I am so guilty about this. I think this is something that we lack about and poor of. When we go grocery we don't look at the labels, and hubby usually get something is yummy, which means turns calories to the highest level :(

It's amazing how a simple activity actually burns calories without us knowing. The info graphic is so helpful that it even highlight low calorie food.

Great information--I can't imagine eating all the calories that guy consumed in one sitting!! As a diabetic I have to be careful which fruits I eat--but my favorite raw veggie is cucumbers!!!!

I am eating healthy now and always eat low cal snacks. It is so much easier and tastier than I thought. I love fruit and fat free yogurt, Air popped popcorn is great too for savory cravings.

I have been slowly cleaning out our pantry of unhealthy items and replacing it with healthier ones. Funny the healthier ones are disappearing and the unhealthy ones seem to stay put. Love that chart, I will be printing it out for the fridge.
