Ugh! hehhehhe I am so guilty about this. I think this is something that we lack about and poor of. When we go grocery we don't look at the labels, and hubby usually get something is yummy, which means turns calories to the highest level :(

I have been slowly cleaning out our pantry of unhealthy items and replacing it with healthier ones. Funny the healthier ones are disappearing and the unhealthy ones seem to stay put. Love that chart, I will be printing it out for the fridge.
