Weekend Snapshot: Pregnancy Planner And Mag

Besides free prenatal vitamins, I got some free stuff from my first visit to the OB-GYN. The magazines are very interesting to read because they contain helpful resources on pregnancy as well as tips on how to prepare for the baby. The blue one is a Pregnancy Planner/Journal. I record my prenatal appointments and notes on my pregnancy.

Dear friend,

Here in Brazil has a famous book by a pediatrician (died) De Lamare, this book has been edited by some three decades, it helps mothers so much. It explains everything about how to care, types of crying, talking about symptoms of childhood diseases and how to proceed. Simply fantastic. Read is always good!

Cheers
