Weekend Snapshot: Our Happy V!

Our Happy Valentine's Day greetings and chocolates.  
Guess which chocolate belongs to me? ;)

Like I said, we didn't have something big going on Valentine's Day.  I tidied up the house a little bit to get rid of clutters and went to the grocery store to buy a greeting card and Hershey's Kisses chocolates for my dear husband. For most of us, February 14 is the special day of the month.

On his way home, he called and asked me if I want to go out for dinner.  I said I want to dine in at a restaurant nearby because the traffic will be bad for sure.  And so, my family and I had dinner at our favorite Mexican restaurant just three miles from the house.

Weekend Snapshot: Fine Chocolate

This is my all-time favorite chocolate, Toblerone.  The chocolate is so fine, not too sweet, and it melts in your mouth.  

I remember when I was a young girl my uncle bring us Toblerone chocolates whenever he is off the ship for a vacation.  My siblings and I were very happy when we receive pasalubong from our uncle.  

Chocolates are also good for dessert.  Do you like chocolates for dessert?

Trick Or Treat?

We still have lots of candies left from the trick or treat last night. 'Not so many kids came unlike the first Halloween when I got here two years ago. Last time, children and young adults from the nearby community came and visited our neighborhood for the trick or treat.
