If Your Home Has Tough Molds...

...seek help.

Cleanliness is next to Godliness, they say. Spiritually, it is important. Literally, we need to be keep our surroundings clean even ourselves. That is why we keep our home free from any kind of dirt and clutters. I believe that keeping our home clean and tidy prevents sickness from coming in. Don't you hate it when you come home from work and everything's a mess in the house?

What I hate so much is a dirty bathroom. Yeah. I do not like a stinky bathroom. Other causes of the bad smell are bacteria and molds. Bathroom cleaners work really well. But with tough molds, we seek the help of a mold removal company. It feels wonderful to live in a mold-free home, right? Charlotte mold removal is a big help.

Facing The Challenge With Discipline And Right Attitude Leads Your Way To Success

Another challenge is on the line. I need to strengthen the courage and confidence in me. It took me a while to learn and become confident on this matter. But after doing a lot of instruction and practice, I can say that I am ready now.

The stress and frustration has kept me going, making myself more determined to face it. It is normal to fail the first time. But with constant practice accompanied by strong discipline and right attitude, facing the challenge will be easy for me. Success is just ten minutes away. I will do my best to get this thing behind me.

In The Gym...For The First Time

I woke up late yesterday morning because it was my day off. Laziness struck me first thing in the morning. How about that?

To keep my blood in good circulation, I went out for a walk while the sunshine is still fresh. I decided to go to the apartment's gym, for the first time. There were few residents in there, so I tried running on one of the treadmill. I had no plan of giving myself a sweat but I was. No towel in handy. A thought came to me when I was looking around...we rented a locker in the gym. I just have no idea if the lease renewal automatically renew the lockers rent. The wood lockers are not bad. To me they are just great for apartments. And it is easy for residents to grab their towels or drinks from the gym lockers whenever they do their daily exercises in the gym.

I was sweating on my way back to the apartment. After a few minutes of rest, I took a nice shower. Refreshing :)

Weekend Snapshot: Spicy Dinner

Let's get hungry. It is the weekend's cooking. My honey made Shrimp Jambalaya for the weekend. Oh it is good. Despite of the spicy flavor, it is good! As always, I have rice on my plate. I am not a fan of spicy foods but there are some that I like.

How about you?

Build A Good Credit

Now I am thinking of buying a new digital camera. I want it to be a better one. The one that captures really well without me having a hard time adjusting the settings. There is a brand of digital camera that I really like but it is not on sale. I would like to use my credit card to pay for it but there is still a balance of charges on it.

Using a credit card to pay for the purchases might be easy. But it might be hard to pay the bill when the time comes. I do not want to get to the point where I get a bad credit, you know what I mean? More people are having problems with their bad credit and they are looking for a way to get into a credit repair. I heard that Ovation credit does a good on this. Why not? If your credit is in a mess, fix your credit with Ovation.

As much as possible I want to build a good credit or improve credit. It will become beneficial in the future. The plan of charging the new digital camera to my credit card? I might...in a few months. I will pay off my balance first.

Better Buy A New Camera

I went to the Botanical Garden Friday with my workmate. It was an overcast day. Thank God there was no rain despite dark clouds were building up in the sky.

We went to the Arboretum. It is humid in there but the air is fresh because of the greenery. My workmate took a lot of pictures-from the entrance area to the scenic parts of the Garden. She had a manual camera and a disposable one. Me? I brought my digital camera but I was just frustrated. It did not work. The capture was too bright that it seems to be. I did the automatic settings but the pictures I took were blurry and so bright.

I was so upset but I did not tell my workmate about it. We enjoyed each other's company. We talked just about anything. We had fun on our day off.

My digital camera? I think I should buy a new one.

Perfect For Glasses

Tomorrow is the last day of the Extra 20% Off exclusive for employees of the store I am working in. I think of stuff to buy for myself but I already got the dress and fragrances that I wanted.

Now my next step is to shop for home furnishings. Fall is approaching and the get-together plan for Thanksgiving Day is in the to-do list. Kitchenware is the major thought right now for I am starting to organize my kitchen, again. I have to find cheap glass racks for our glasses. My honey bought a couple of wine glasses (for me) and I need to put them in a wine glass rack. Organizing my kitchen is a bit difficult because I do not have enough space to store my things. But for my wine glasses, maybe a stemware rack is perfect for them.

'Love Him So Much For Taking Care Of Me

Sunday was no fun for me. I had a bad headache (migraine). While the weather's bad outside, my body was feeling bad too. My honey made me some dinner but I had no appetite. I was felt so terrible and miserable.

After forcing myself to finish a pair of toast with jelly, I took a pain killer pill to relieve the headache. I slept on the couch for about two hours and when I woke up, my headache was gone :) I love my honey so much for taking care of me.

Thank God I am back to normal again.

For Your Personal Safety

Protecting our lives and properties against harm is very important. Our home is one of the most valuable property we own...as well as our lives. Theft, injury, health problems, and the like are not welcome.

But we come along with circumstances when we, even our property, get threatened with these harmful elements. Everyone in our home should be protected. Life alert systems can be a big help because of their high technology capacity to signal help 24/7.

So you know, my associate at work had her home installed with security system. Living alone, it is very significant for her to protect not only herself but also her possessions. Good idea, right? Security and safety in the home should not be taken for granted.

An Alternative Source Of Income

I can say that I am getting to the point where earning money with my blogs can be an alternative source of income. Yes, it is true. In fact, the portion of the budget for the gifts that I will be bringing home came from my online jobs. Though I have to be paid monthly, still, there is something coming.

Admit that you are blogging for money too. In tough situations like this, we look for an alternative to earn extra income. And the opportunity on learning how to make money blogging the things we love came. The door to online jobs opened. Of course, the more opportunity you have, the more money you get. But, sharing a blessing is not bad. Revenue sharing to those who are in need can make a big difference.

Jessica Simpson's Fancy Love

The buying and preparation of gifts (pasalubong) to family and friends are starting now. As in now. Though we just sent a package few weeks ago, my honey want to get something special for my family.

Our travel date is fixed and final. All we need to do now is to confirm all hotel reservations in Cebu, Leyte, and Manila. My time on the Internet may be limited but I will still do my jobs. Keeping in touch with you guys is one of those.

We went to Ridgemar Mall yesterday. My honey bought some fragrances in a department store. I told him to do it online but he wants to smell the perfumes personally. That is fine. I love going to the mall anyway. My youngest sister will be very delighted with what my honey bought for her. It is Jessica Simpson's new scent called Fancy Love. It has a sweet smell and just suited for a teenager like my sister. I think we got all the women in the family covered with the perfumes, but he wants to buy some more...just in case.

Additional Charge For A Month-to-Month Basis Rental

The apartment lease renewal letter was received recently. It states that we can still avail the current rent rate if we renew our lease for another seven months. If we are not renewing, they will charge us $ 25.00 addition to the rent rate if we decide to go month-to-month basis.

My honey was thinking to go month-to-month because he does not want to be tied with another contract. And if we want to move, we just have to inform the office 60 days immediately, without waiting for the lease to expire. Also, another reason why we want the month-to-month basis is that, we would want to move in a two-room apartment unit where we can have enough space for our furniture, which is currently in storage. We have our bedroom furniture set in there. But we have the sofa and some living room furniture with us here in the apartment.

Hopefully, if we become stable in our jobs right now, we will be able to buy a new house where we can put all our furniture in there. That, also, depends if our current house for sale will get sold soon.
