Charge Your Credit Card Responsibly

Now is the time to watch for our spending in shopping. The holiday season brings cheer to every one of us. And shopping for Christmas gifts is a part of the excitement for the occasion.

If you have a high credit line inLink your credit card, do not hit it too much. Think about the burden of payments. Instead, create a balanced shopping plan any time you buy stuff so the bill statements will become crowded with high numbers.

Also, this is the time that credit card offers are coming in the mail. If you really need to get a card, make sure you read the terms and policy including the monthly rates before you apply because, we can always compare credit card offers from one to another. It is the only way we can get the best credit card with low rates.

Managing a credit card is easy if we charge it responsibly.

Build A Good Credit

Now I am thinking of buying a new digital camera. I want it to be a better one. The one that captures really well without me having a hard time adjusting the settings. There is a brand of digital camera that I really like but it is not on sale. I would like to use my credit card to pay for it but there is still a balance of charges on it.

Using a credit card to pay for the purchases might be easy. But it might be hard to pay the bill when the time comes. I do not want to get to the point where I get a bad credit, you know what I mean? More people are having problems with their bad credit and they are looking for a way to get into a credit repair. I heard that Ovation credit does a good on this. Why not? If your credit is in a mess, fix your credit with Ovation.

As much as possible I want to build a good credit or improve credit. It will become beneficial in the future. The plan of charging the new digital camera to my credit card? I might...in a few months. I will pay off my balance first.

Debt Payment

We are not kill-joys. We just do not want to join the waiting list in the restaurants for the Valentine's Day dinner. In addition, we are limiting our credit card usage these days. Our payments are reaching its point where the balance is getting low. It is difficult to deal with daily expenses knowing you have a debt to pay on your credit card. Reading articles on money management, credit limitation, and debt consolidation loan is of big help. Most people are using credit card as form of payment. But for those who are not aware with their card usage, it is time to control themselves so that they will not end getting debt consolidation loan for some sort.

Asking Permission To Buy Online

It is my nature being polite and prudent. In relation with these attitudes, I am used to ask permission before doing something that concerns money matters. Like what happened this afternoon, I asked my honey's permission to buy the clear handbag which I saw online a week ago. I was so into buying the handbag the first time I laid my eyes on it at the online store because the price was reduced to 50% off of regular price. I find the handbag so pretty compared to what I searched from other online stores. There is no way for me to pay with Paypal because the store requires credit or debit cards only. What I did is that I told my husband about my crush on the clear handbag and asked him if I can use our credit card just for once on this purchase. He said okay.

You might ask what is the point of asking my husband's go signal before the purchase? It is because I do not want to get the habit of buying or shopping online using our credit card. It is not a good habit and we both know that.

Protect Your Good Credit

There was a call from a lady customer this afternoon. She was asking why there was a late fee charge in her credit card from the purchase she made two months ago. She paid her bills on time. I told her that it would be my pleasure to help her but: First, the concern was about money matters and the transaction she made two months ago which I do not have the idea what the real story was. Second, I am new in the position and I am not yet familiar with the concern she is bringing up. So I called my supervisor and told her about the customer's concern.

I think I understand the customer's situation. She was in panic because she is charged for late fee. Meaning something has been paid late. But she was not taking it for the reason that she said she is paying up-to-date. You see, it is very important to have a good credit score these days. This will help improve credit status of an individual which will serve as a record if the person wants to get a loan for her family. Maybe that is the reason why the customer is very eager to check with us because she is protecting her credit score to avoid credit repair. If not, she might get a credit repair help in the future.

Financial Responsibility

You know I have been thinking about applying for a credit card for some time now. I know I need to be very careful about this. The question is, am I ready for it? We know that a credit card is convenient for use on quick payments. It is also of big help when we need cash up front. And terms of payment is affordable since there are low interest credit cards now. We are persuaded to get one from our trusted banks simply because these advantages provide convenience and most establishments accept credit card payments.

But having a credit card is a big responsibility. It is up to us if we use it out of control especially if we know that we have no interest credit card. Smart people compare credit cards first to know which has the best service. I guess this is the important thing to do. I do not want to get something that will cause me a headache when the time comes.
