Waterproof Eyeliner #FrostyVoxBox

Well, I received very nice gifts last year.  The Frosty VoxBox from Influenster was one of them. Included in the box was a Rimmel Scandaleyes Waterproof Kohl Kajal Eyeliner in black.  I don't wear makeup so often so sometimes it takes a long time for me to finish painting my face. Hahaha.

Since the Rimmel eyeliner is waterproof, it stays on your eyes the whole day.  An effective make up remover for waterproof make ups is needed to wipe the eyeliner off.
