When I was working in a small fast food somewhere in Quezon City (Philippines), my work schedule was like a punishment. Would you believe I worked in a 6 to 6 schedule or 12 hours a day? That was a whack! My major task was serving food and wiping chairs and tables.
Anyway, the most disgusting problem in that fast food was flies. There were flies everywhere. The management had to buy fly lights to be placed in the four corners of the dining area. And you know what, the fly control solutions like the fly lights were very effective.
