We'll Be Neighbors

 A friend from PI is arriving today here in Texas.  Actually, she will be flying with her kids. 

I met her in a social networking website recently.  Well, I met her husband first at WOF (The World Of Filipinas).  He said that they were in the middle of the application process (US Visa).  The approval took a while.  Maybe that's how it goes for Spouse Visa?  

Anyway, would you believe that we will become neighbors?  Her husband lives a couple of miles away from my house.  And my cousin of General Ideas, whose house is close to being finished, will be moving soon.  So three of us will be neighbors too.  My friend and her husband will have a wedding again this time here in the US.

MyBlogLog Is Gone

Yes.  It is gone.  Totally.  Yahoo!  has officially discontinued MyBlogLog service two days ago.  I was a member of it since I started my blogging career.  

I have no idea why Yahoo!  closed the service.  They did not mention anything in their correspondence.  Anyway, I hope they will come up with a new online social networking/community soon.  One that will last for a long time. 

MyBlogLog Closing?

Yahoo just sent an email to all MyBlogLog subscribers (including me) and customers saying that they are officially discontinuing the Yahoo! MyBlogLog service effective May 24, 2011. The email did not mention anything about the reason why Yahoo! MyBlogLog is to be discontinued.

I joined MyBlogLog since I started blogging and, so far, it has helped my blogs recognized. Oh well, I have to look for another blog community again.
