Looking Back 2011-Highlights

Looking back in the year 2011, I can say it has been a good year for me.  Why?

• Though I was in the early stage of the recovery period (postpartum) from a Cesarian Section delivery, I did the best I could to nurture and take good care of my newborn. And I am so proud that my recovery is a success, and my baby is growing healthier, smarter, and more active everyday.
• We had great vacation in Oklahoma.  And that was baby's first travel out-of-State.
• We celebrated the first anniversary of our move back to the house.
• I resumed making money blogging in 2011.  Because of my inactivity due to the pregnancy in 2010, I haven't gotten any tasks.  Thankful to the Lord that PTB sites gave me another chance.
• My family stays healthy and well.  And I met new friends too.

I still have a lot to share but I will when I remember.  Well, I am hoping 2012 will also be a wonderful year for me.  How about you?  What are your milestones and accomplishments in 2011?

Aside from making entries for my blogs, I also check Facebook once in a while.  I spend, let's say, 60% of my leisure time on the Internet.  Sometimes I bump into nice pages and interesting deals.  When on Facebook, I see freebies offers and contests too.

Two weeks ago I joined GobizKorea.com "Like Us" giveaway.  GobizKorea.com is a portal website for Korean companies and suppliers who offer wholesale on all kinds of products.  Actually, I read a Share from a friend in FB too.  So I gave it a try.  You know what?  I received a nice surprise in my inbox when I checked my email on Christmas Day.  I won $50 eBay Gift Certificate from GobizKorea.com!  Now I am excited to use it on eBay.com, so I am shopping.  But I'm not sure what to buy yet...a handbag or a pair of shoes?

I am so happy that my cousin continued what she had started a year ago.  We talked about it a couple of times but we both got busy with our personal and family lives the last few months.  Now we are back on track.

'Never miss any task online. Earning extra money is what I am looking for. Opportunities from legit PTB websites are pouring. Though they do not have the same offer amounts, still it's a daily blessing. Better be productive than to wait for nothing. Small amount will become big when totaled in 30 days. I am very grateful making money online.

Weekend Snapshot: Garage Sale Items

A neighbor knocked at our door Thursday night giving us a piece of paper saying that there is a neighborhood garage sale on Saturday and Sunday. She asked my honey if he is interested to participate. My honey turned to me and said we will put some unused things out for sale since we are getting rid of some stuff.

So today, we woke up very early to set up. I put price tags on the items and my honey arranged the heavy things on the ground. On the table are the light and cheap ones. I have a couple sweaters for sale too. They are only a $ 1.00 each. I think there are four sweaters left. I hope they will sell tomorrow. Sets of plates are still on sale for $ 20.00 per set of eight. Some knick knacks on the table are from .25 cents to a $ 1.00.

My pregnant cousin and her husband will come over for a visit. She said she might go look for garage sales too.

I can say that I am getting to the point where earning money with my blogs can be an alternative source of income. Yes, it is true. In fact, the portion of the budget for the gifts that I will be bringing home came from my online jobs. Though I have to be paid monthly, still, there is something coming.

Admit that you are blogging for money too. In tough situations like this, we look for an alternative to earn extra income.
