At The Resort Hotel

It was a very pleasant day. The drive to Oklahoma was smooth and safe though the wind was blowing like there is no tomorrow. We checked in at the hotel at three o'clock in the afternoon. We made it on time. The resort hotels' room is simple yet cozy. Besides cable TV, refrigerator, microwave oven, and flat iron, the room has a closet where we can organize our clothes. Hangers are also available for our jeans and shirts. I brought a couple of under shirts for my honey just in case he needs one. I would say I did a good job in packing our stuff last night.

The resort has a very pretty pool and spa. To make sure we have the proper clothing, I brought his trunks and my bathing suit. I hope the wind will not be harsh tomorrow.

Time Flies So Fast...Aren't You Excited?

Is it not amazing how time flies so fast? It is the last week of January already. Are you not excited February is approaching? I am because of the V day (Valentines Day). Yep! As of the moment I am thinking where my honey and I will go for a date. Well, he will ask me for sure.

I am picturing a wonderful gift for him on Valentine's Day. Since he gave me a lovely watch on Christmas, why not give him a wristwatch from Bulova watches. I searched and looked on a Men's Marine Star Bulova watch in a stainless case and bracelet. It is scratch resistant which I find interesting. I am definitely sure he would love it. His old watch needs to be replaced anyway.

This Won't Make Him Shiver In The Winter

We cannot hold back the days. Winter is here. My honey told me of how cold it is here in the USA. He advised me to get myself some winter clothing. The weather is unpredictable here in Texas. So it is better to be always prepared in this cold season. I bought some sweaters and leggings. My mother-in-law gave me a coat. With the stuff I have, I noticed that my honey do not have a coat for himself except for a couple of jackets in the closet. Those will not help better to keep him warm. I guess it is time for me to do some work here.

Now I have the idea of giving him something that will not make him shiver in the winter. And I am currently in favor with men's wool coats. These coats are made with high quality wool and cashmere that helps keep our bodies warm in cold weather in the winter. Men's wool coat can also be worn on formal occasions because they are tailored with elegance. Most men has a sense of fashion, so is my honey. He will surely love to wear the wool coat and he will definitely look more gorgeous in it.

Customers First

It was a busy day at work today. Shoppers were in line at the customer's service paying for shipping, gift cards, gift wrapping and other services. I was wrapping gifts the whole day. The manager gave me a bunch to work with. And they were business suits. Good thing he will get them at the end of the day so I was not in a hurry. He said, "Customers first."

In gift wrapping you have to have your own style and routine. These will help the wrapping quick and easy. Also a wonderful skill to learn. Anyway, as what my honey and I were teasing about me working at the mall, I brought home a list of the gifts I wrapped since from the first day at work. Then I told him that from the list I am going to choose the items I want him to buy for me. The listing will continue until Christmas day. He had a good laugh on that.

Gifts I wrapped as of December 4, 2008:

1. Long-sleeved Sweat Shirt (men)
2. Coat, scarf, winter gloves, GC (women)
3. Gold bracelet (women)
4. Fossil Wallet (men)
5. Chocolates and Teddy bear
6. Business suits (men)
7. Nike shoes (men and women)
8. Purple blouse (women)
9. Bed sheet and vases
10. Calvin Klein shaving cream and after shave (men)
11. Diffuser
12. Punch set

To be continued...
