I've Been Watching The Real World on Satellite TV
When I was younger, I always dreamed of being on a reality show. Although most people have begun to get addicted to reality shows in the past few years, my fascination started long ago with a show on MTV. This show was called The Real World. It was a show about a group of strangers who were forced to live together in a nice home. Everyone's personality was different, so it was inevitable that conflicts would arise. When the show was at its best, there would be fights. What amazed me the most about the show is that the people were just regular people like you and me. I had hopes that one day I would be selected to live in a Real World home. A couple years, I even prepared a video audition tape and sent it in. Unfortunately, it must have gotten lost somewhere along the way, because they never contacted me.
Lately, I have been catching reruns of The Real World on satellite television from http://www.direct.tv/. It is nice to reflect on the past and to relive some of my favorite moments from the show. I remember that during the second season I had a crush on one of the characters. The same year, I had my first kiss from a cute boy in school. These are the types of memories that are priceless.

Unique As Well As Interesting
What is this? Some kind of an interrogation?
No. This is what you call fun in sharing Q & A tag. Sharing a part of yourself and personality to everyone. Each one of us is unique and interesting. And we may find someone as interesting as we are too. So here is my share on this tag from Jenie of HeartQuakes :)

1. What time did you get up this morning? 8:15 am (supposedly 7:00 am because my to work is 9:45)
2. How do you like your steak? Well-done.
3. What was the last film you saw at the cinema? Huh? Well, I cannot remember. It has been a while...let me think...Forbidden Kingdom (animated).
4. What is your favorite TV show? Family Feud, That 70's Show
5. If you could live anywhere in the world where would it be? I want to be in the Philippines.
6. What did you have for breakfast? A pair of sliced bread with peanut butter and, coffee as usual.
7. What is your favorite cuisine? Filipino.
8. What foods do you dislike? Foods with a very strong or no flavor at all.
9. Favorite place to eat? Mexican restaurant and Buffet.
10. Favorite dressing? Ranch. It is really good.
11. What kind of vehicle do you drive? Toyota sedan.
12. What are your favorite clothes? Casual.
13. Where would you visit if you had the chance? Japan, Korea, China
14. Cup 1/2 empty or 1/2 full? It depends. No life is perfect.
15. Where would you want to retire? The Philippines
16. Favorite time of day? When it is time to go home after work ;)
17. Where were you born? Leyte, Philippines
18. What is your favorite sport to watch? I was a basketball fanatic.
19. Who do you think will not tag you back? Bored people :)
20. Person you expect to tag you back first? Maybe a friend somewhere.
21. Who are you most curious about their responses to this? Everyone who responds to this.
22. Bird watcher? Yes
23. Are you a morning person or a night person? What do you mean? 'Want me to be specific? Okay, I am a night person. Hehehe.
24. Do you have any pets? None
25. Any new and exciting news you'd like to share? Will go for a vacation next month. Yay!
26. What did you want to be when you were little? I wasn't sure. All I wanted to do was to play, play, and play.
27. What is your best childhood memory? One of them was when my father brings us pasalubong (gifts) when he comes home on a pay day :)
29. Are you married? Yes.
30. Always wear your seat belt? Yes. But sometimes I forget then the beeps in the car will remind me of it.
31. Been in a car accident? Been into a minor wreck in I-20.
32. Any pet peeves?
a. People who bring their kids in a grocery store or malls and do not know how to handle the kids when acting up.
b. Loud people.
c. Flirts, etc.
33. Favorite Pizza Toppings? Pineapple, ham, and cheese.
34. Favorite Flower? roses, orchids
35. Favorite ice cream? chocolate and ube
36. Favorite fast food restaurant? Jollibee
37. How many times did you fail your driver's test? Haven't took one but will do it ASAP.
38. From whom did you get your last email? Blogsvertise (task pending) :) and Walmart (order pick-up notice)
39. Which store would you choose to max out your credit card? at Dillards.com
40. Do anything spontaneous lately? Lending an ear to a friend in distress.
41. Like your job? Love it.
42. Broccoli? I am beginning to like it :)
43. What was your favorite vacation? Going to the beach :)
44. Last person you went out to dinner with? My honey.
45. What are you listening to right now? conversation in a Clint Eastwood movie (my honey is currently watching it)
