Handmade Winter Headband

A dear friend of mine gave each of us in our friend circle this handmade winter headband.  She made this herself. Yes, she's a very talented when it comes to handmade crafts. Her crochet skills are remarkable.

I like winter but chilly weather makes feel uncomfortable especially when it is windy.  The wind chills get me that I don't want to do errands.  This handmade winter headband is very useful because it covers my ears. I don't like wearing heavy puffy winter coats so this cold weather headband is a must-have for me.

Party Dresses For The Holidays

Oh dear!  It's the Holidays again.  I bet you all are getting busy decorating and putting up your Christmas trees.  Or, maybe you have done it already. :)  But you haven't done any decorating for the Holidays yet, well, better start now before you get swamped with party invitations.

Speaking of party invitations, my circle of friends have organized a Christmas party to be held next weekend.  I am excited because this is the first time I will be attending my friends' Christmas party.  Now I am shopping for a party dress and shoes to wear.  Stores have been very packed and crowded on Black Friday so I am just doing my shopping for cheap evening dresses online.

What I was thinking to wear is this cute lovely A-Line/Princess V-Neck short dress.  I found this evening dress as I was browsing Fall collection of evening dresses 2013 on www.dressfirst.com.  I am not a tall lady so this style and length is just right.  I think it's so cute to wear to the Christmas Party.  I love it!  This comes in different colors too.  I am falling in love with this simple sexy elegant red dress.  It is also an A-Line/Princess V-Neck style, but a floor-length dress.  I bet my curvacious friend will drool on this one. :D

Now I know what style of dress I want, so better shop and buy the perfect shoes, too.

Beginnings Of Vintage Shopping

You could call me a beginning vintage shopper. I've always admired people that go vintage shopping and wished that I could pull off all the looks that they do. Well now I'm really making an effort to do just that. I'm kind of learning as I go, though.

I've been using my direct tv internet to look up different tips for vintage shopping, like looking at the piece of clothing from all angles to make sure that you don't see any problems with the garment. I learned that trick from one of my favorite fashion bloggers.

I scouted out this really huge vintage store a few towns over from mine and found a couple of cute dresses there. The best part I like about shopping vintage is that I have something that's so unique for the times. I really hate it when I go somewhere and I see that I'm wearing the same thing as somebody else. Plus, it's fun to think about all the people who may have worn that stuff before you and their life stories.

Dress Up Games

There is a new free game that girls will enjoy playing during their leisure time. It is called Dress Up Games. How does it work? You just have to select a Dress Up Game that suits the personality you feel like playing. Also you can choose from celebrity Dress Up. One example of these girly games is Hannah Montana Dress Up. There are many clothing styles to dress your doll. There is Lady Gaga Dress Up too!

This online game is not only for young girls. Adult like me can play Dress Up games. Eventhough the clothing is not real, I can get some tips on dressing up in fashion and style.

Fashion Without Exaggeration

Like every woman, I like dressing up but not exaggeratedly. I wear clothes that suit my personality. Conservativeness is still my style.

I admire women who have sense of fashion. They carry themselves with sense and style. But how far can a person go for the sake of fashion? To me, there is a limitation. Like what I said, I do not exaggerate myself. I search for a fashion tip online. If there is a cool celebrity fashion reference that catches my interest, surely it's a grab! There is nothing wrong with looking great and fashionable. The best thing to do is be confident.

Pregnant Women Are Attractive

I am so happy seeing our lady friend (my honey's former boss) pregnant of her first baby. And it's a boy. She and her husband is very happy about the good news.

To me, pregnant women are attractive. Maybe because I see in them the completeness of being a woman. Some women look well when they are pregnant. Especially when they are wearing maternity clothes. Agree? These clothing add to the charisma that pregnant women have. Our friend is so pretty with the baby bump, and wearing cute maternity clothes make her look trendy mommy-to-be.

If you are pregnant or planning to be one, I suggest to buy maternity clothing that is very comfortable and yet easy to reach for the budget. That is what we need in this tight situation now. Look for the most affordable clothes in store or online, especially on those clearance section where they offer 75% off the regular prices. The savings you will get from shopping maternity clothes can be set aside for future use...like throwing a baby shower party. And speaking of which, our friend will have her baby shower held this coming Saturday.

Though I am not pregnant yet, I am having the urge to look at babies stuff on the Internet. Also, I am browsing for maternity clothes online. Getting Dressed For The Season

Oh my! What’s happening to me? When I think of the weekends I think of shopping. My mind and fingers are roaming around online. Do I need to be disciplined? I think so. I know I have to control myself but I saw this Charm Metallic Dress designer clothing by Madison Marcus. They are dazzling to the eyes and feels like they’re cool to have on just looking at the fabric. It is knee-length and made of silk. The dress’ style is in semi-formal type but also can be worn on formal gatherings. It’s on discount sale so I feel much better. Matching with the dress I saw a pair of Loeffler Randall Emmy D-Ring Black Boots. The boots look gorgeous with its black color and average high heels. This pair matches appropriately with the season. They really look good together in relation to my fall season fashion ideas.

I know most women out there would find these stuff attractive too. There are many designer clothing to choose from that suit shoppers’ taste when it comes to fashion and budgeting. I know we are after satisfaction with the price as well as the appearance. But also we consider the durability, longevity of the stuff we buy. There may be some would disagree but I am, however, shopping wisely though.
