Got Good Deals On Fall Decor

Fall Blessings decor and game day cups

Window shopping is one of my hobbies.  Whenever I go to a store, I just kinda browse the departments.  If there's a good deal and if prices are tremendously reasonable on the items I need, I consider buying them without remorse. :)  I only paid only $.70 the Blessings owl on pumpkin decor and the fall game day cups at Dollar General.  

The owl on pumpkin decor will look great on our front door in the Fall. :)

Fall Colors in My Yard

Happy December everyone! It is so nice to see the beautiful fall colors in my yard.  My tree is so pretty.  It's enjoying the Texas fall weather here before dropping the leaves off for the winter.  Nature is amazing.

First Freeze Fall 2016

Sipping my coffee, I looked out in the backyard and saw white covering the ground.  I told my dear husband it snowed.  He said, "no, it's only frost." Then I remembered there was a freeze warning in effect 'til 9:00 A.M. this morning.  

What a pretty sight.  I hope we will get some snow this winter in Texas.  :)

It's A Pajama-Kind-of-Weather Today

It was raining all afternoon, thank goodness.  It was pouring. The weather is so nice that I was feeling very lazy and sleepy all day. I sat on the back porch while sipping hot coffee after lunch while watching and listening to the heavy rains pouring down.  The temperature wasn't that cold, but I felt more comfortable with socks on.

Who Is Ready For Fall?

Hello everyone!  It's the month of September again.  How's your summer so far? Well, we all know how hot it can get here in Texas in the summer.  Just imagine no rain in the last three weeks.  And the temperatures reached triple digits in some days. Ugh.  But it's okay.  It's getting cooler in the mornings this past week.  Fall is just around the corner.  I am so ready for Fall.

Dense Fog

It's a foggy day today.  Actually, it started coming last night.  There's a dense fog warning so driving in this condition is very dangerous especially in the evening.

I thought it'll clear up today. I will go out to do some errands sometime this afternoon.  I almost forgot that I have a package to ship.

Foggy Monday

It is a foggy Monday morning.  The temperature is low and it is cold inside and out.    I put on layered clothing plus a sweater.  That feels comfortable.  Everybody is driving slowly for sure.  In this type of weather, we have to be very careful driving.  We can barely see and the roads are wet.  

When my honey got home from work today, he told me it took him 30 minutes before he passed the town this morning on his way to work because Hwy 78 was backed up starting at the park nearby.

First Feeling Of Fall

It was a very pleasant day today.  Cool breeze was blowing all day.  'Cannot feel the heat of the sun so much because of the cool gusty winds.  No clouds in the sky and it's bright clear blue.  It was a nice day to play outdoors.  'Feels nice...really nice.  The first feeling of Fall. 

I took my baby outside this morning to get some sunshine.  I watered the plants in the front yard while she is in the stroller.  She enjoyed looking at the water fountain.  I thought she wished to be on the ground and play with the water. Our family went to town to do grocery shopping.  My honey made some home-made burgers and he grilled sausages.  That was our dinner this evening.
